Contribute

The source code of the app is available on Github. We encourage others to contribute the the repositories screenreader-android and screenreader-ios. If you encounter a bug, please create an issue on Github.

Accessibility

The WCAG 2.1 guidelines were taken into account during the development process of the ScreenReader app. The ScreenReader app passes all the success criteria at level AA. In addition, the app passes some success criteria at level AAA.

Privacy

The ScreenReader app collects data through Firebase Analytics. The following data is collected: (1) the amount of time spent on each screen, (2) the amount of failures before completing a gestures, (3) the amount of time before completing an action. We use this data to improve the app.

The ScreenReader app sends data to Firebase Crashlytics when the app crashes. Crashlytics helps us solving issues which cause the app to crash.
